I have always been fascinated with maps and am constantly relying on my mobile GPS to navigate myself around Melbourne. The constant staring at these GPS screens has inspired me to create a series of works exploring maps and the processes I take through these maps. In 'Straight stitch to Flinders St,' I was interested in the pedal of the sewing machine retracing the journey my car pedal in my ford focus took to Flinders Street in January to attend a lovely hens party.

Unfortunately since my samsung galaxy has frozen on me, I have had to put this project on hold. In the mean time I have rediscovered my 2010 Melways from underneath my car seat so watch this space!

'Straight stick to Flinders St' is an edition on 20 and is being retailed in 'Signed and Numbered,' at $50.

Supergraph is Australia’s Contemporary Graphic Art Fair that celebrates design, print and illustration. It was held at The Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton February 14th-16th, 2014. I exhibited four of my 'wallpaper' prints. I hope those that purchased my prints are enjoying them being dislayed on their walls and I look forward to being involved with Supergraph in 2015.
