‘Wallpaper’ is a series of prints, which combine screen-printing, machine and hand sewing. In these prints I have gained inspiration from a retro kitchen hand towel. Using this as inspiration I have enlarged the design into wallpaper prints, using the method of screen-printing. The domestic process of hand sewing is used to sew intricate details back onto these domestic designs. This series of prints were exhibited at the Brunswick Street Gallery.
